Loads the mapbox-gl shared library

By default uses System.loadLibrary use setLibraryLoader(LibraryLoader) to provide an alternative library loading hook.

libraryLoader - the library loader

Catches UnsatisfiedLinkErrors and prints a warning to logcat.
