• IMPROVED The Route Reports API has been updated to reduce latency and process more requests at once. Instead of processing routes one by one (e.g., Route 1, then Route 2, then Route 3), the system now initiates processing for all routes in a single request at the same time.

• IMPROVED Several improvements were made to the routing algorithm, including changes to:

  • Eliminate most through travel on dirt roads.
  • Avoid unnecessary through travel on other local or sublocal roads.
  • Avoid routing on and off the same highway.
